9yyy Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9yyy ("9yyy", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 9yyy website at 9yyy.vu, or by registering an account, making a PKR deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or downloading the 9yyy Android app, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 9yyy platform immediately and not proceed with registration. Continued use of 9yyy following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 9yyy, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9yyy is strictly an adult gaming platform and does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 9yyy on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any restriction that would make your use of 9yyy unlawful or in breach of any prior agreement you have entered into.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or affiliate in connection with any betting syndicate, commercial operation or coordinated wagering scheme without prior written consent from 9yyy.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your account and keep that information up to date.

9yyy reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Accounts

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on 9yyy. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, household address, device, IP address, payment method or any combination of these, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and all accounts beyond the first registered may be permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your account access with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 9yyy support immediately.

9yyy reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or exploitative betting patterns are detected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account is inactive — meaning no login or wagering activity — for a period of twelve consecutive months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 9yyy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension and reversal of transactions.

Regarding withdrawals, the following applies:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully completed.
• 9yyy reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfer timelines depend on the receiving bank.
• 9yyy does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9yyy offers a range of bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses on first PKR deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL cricket promotions and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page and form part of these Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 9yyy promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus or promotion may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 9yyy reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time, provided reasonable notice is given where ongoing wagering is affected.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus mechanics — including placing low-risk, hedged or mathematical arbitrage bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk — constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The 9yyy Sports section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball, Boxing and MMA, among other markets. The following rules govern Sports betting on 9yyy:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate — the final confirmed odds form the basis of settlement, not the odds at the time you first began constructing your bet slip.
• Match results for settlement purposes are taken from official governing body announcements. For cricket, this means the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC and the relevant domestic board for the competition in question.
• In-play (live) bets on PSL, T20 matches and other live events are accepted at 9yyy's discretion. Once confirmed, live bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type, as detailed in the Sports Rules section of the platform.
• 9yyy reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, incorrect data feed, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified that suggest the integrity of an event may have been compromised.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and vary by market and event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and Sports interface.

7. Casino & Live Casino

The 9yyy Casino and Live Casino sections offer slots, table games, game show titles and live dealer games streamed in real time. All Casino and Live Casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealing by trained dealers, and the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.

• Casino games are for entertainment purposes. The house has a mathematical edge in all Casino games over the long run.
• Game outcomes in RNG slots and table games are determined independently for each round and are not influenced by previous results or any player actions outside the game mechanics.
• Live Casino sessions may be interrupted due to connectivity issues beyond 9yyy's control. In such cases, bets already confirmed and in progress will be settled based on available recorded data from the live stream.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game's interface before play begins.
• 9yyy does not accept responsibility for financial losses resulting from a player's choice to continue wagering after a winning session, or for losses incurred during play that was funded by money the player could not afford to lose.

8. Fish Games

Fish Games on 9yyy are arcade-style shooting games in which players use in-game ammunition — purchased with PKR balance — to target on-screen characters and earn PKR prizes based on the value of targets hit. While skill and strategy influence gameplay to a degree, Fish Games also incorporate random elements that affect outcomes.

• All Fish Game sessions are governed by the same account rules, bonus terms and responsible gaming guidelines that apply across the 9yyy platform.
• Ammunition purchases within Fish Games are deducted from your 9yyy account balance in PKR and are non-refundable once used.
• Fish Game prize values and mechanics are set by the game provider. 9yyy displays this information within the game interface.
• Attempting to manipulate Fish Game outcomes using external software, scripts or automated tools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

9yyy is committed to providing a fair, secure and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or algorithmic tool to place bets, interact with games or circumvent platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to 9yyy support and refrain from further exploitation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which you hold active bets.
• Colluding with other players in Casino or Live Casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 9yyy platform to process funds on behalf of a third party (money laundering).
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing account access with another person.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

9yyy uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account suspension or closure in connection with prohibited conduct are made at 9yyy's sole discretion and may not always be disclosed in detail for security reasons.

10. Privacy & Data

9yyy collects and processes personal data from players in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform usage. By registering at 9yyy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain data sharing with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services is necessary for the operation of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

9yyy provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows or due to circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, server issues or force majeure events.

• 9yyy is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits or data resulting from technical failures, service interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
• 9yyy is not responsible for the quality or reliability of your internet connection or mobile data service, which remains your own responsibility.
• Any liability on the part of 9yyy to you is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event. 9yyy shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Gambling involves financial risk. You accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the 9yyy platform. Gaming losses are not recoverable through claims against 9yyy.

12. Account Termination

You may close your 9yyy account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

9yyy may terminate or suspend your account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

In cases of termination due to breach or prohibited conduct, 9yyy reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or exploitation is confirmed, to forfeit those funds entirely.

13. Changes to These Terms

9yyy reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice to registered players via the platform or by email.

Your continued use of 9yyy following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

14. Responsible Gaming

9yyy takes player wellbeing seriously. Gaming and sports betting on 9yyy are forms of entertainment — they are not a reliable source of income and should never be treated as such. We encourage all players to manage their gaming activity responsibly and within their personal financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available directly within your 9yyy account settings:
